Welcome to the Transition Team

If you are looking to develop your stroke technique, this is the program for you.

About the program

Transition team is a non-competitive group, focused on advancing swimmer’s skills towards the goal of competition in the future. Modeled after our competitive program, this is the perfect program for any swimmer looking to continue the progress made with their summer swim team, or for anyone looking to refine and improve their stroke technique on a non-competitive level. These 90 minute practices target ages 7-13 and focus on mastering the four legal competitive strokes, dives and flip turns. Swimmers will be evaluated on the first day of the session. For those not quite ready for this level of commitment, please look at our new Advanced Stroke class to help swimmers prepare for this level. Transition team is a 10 month program running from September thru June.
